The announcement says the monsters will only give Heart Shard which can be combined through Quest Crafting to make one Pure Heart item, ratio 10:1, but the bonus monsters are giving the complete item as well.
You can trade the Pure Hearts for the following items:

In my opinion and according to my pricing, the best item is the "Sweet Chocolate Piece", and the second best item is the "Chocolate Cake". 1 day of blessing license is very valuable and 10M experience books can be very helpful for low level players, specially bellow 100, or for high level players who want to stock for fast level up of new mercenaries.
Other useful information:
Tea Feast, which has lower buffs, costs twice the price of Sushi Feast.
Areas where the mobs auto-scale to your main character level give shards or hearts 100% of the time. Those areas include Twisted Bran Castle, Valley of Oblivion and Revolution. The other scaled areas were not confirmed yet.
